The Tex-Mex chefs treated the assembled guests to one of the Roma national dishes - a vegetable soup with lamb and chicken, marikli. There was also a spirited drink made by mixing champagne, vodka, ice, strawberries (wild strawberries in the original recipe) and mint leaves.
