What Does a Person's Palm Tell Us?

Sorting through old notes, I came across a former hobby of mine - studying the proportions of the human body and how they reflect a person's inner world, character, inclinations, and reveal heredity and development potential. This time I want to share material about the human palm.

Sorting through old notes, I came across a former hobby of mine - studying the proportions of the human body and how they reflect a person's inner world, character, inclinations, and reveal heredity and development potential. This time I want to share material about the human palm. I apologise in advance for the quality of the illustrations, as they come from various magazine clippings and photocopied book materials, most of which were collected and annotated in the past.

Types of Palm.

1. Elementary.

A thick, wide palm with short fingers. A slow-thinking person, possibly with a tendency towards a "hard" character where the physical dominates over the spiritual.

2. Square.

A square palm with thick, straight fingers. A practical, conventional character who adapts poorly to changing circumstances - the complete opposite of an intellectual.

3. Spatulate (Heart-Shaped).

A spatulate palm with straight fingers. An ambitious, energetic, independent person, but not particularly gifted intellectually.

4. Philosophical.

A wide palm with strongly knotted fingers. A logical and cautious person with a tendency towards reflection - introverted, analytical rather than creative.

5. Artistic.

A long, flexible palm with slender, fine fingers. A sensitive, creative person - more impulsive than methodical.

6. Idealistic.

A soft palm with very long fingers. Such a person is far from harsh reality - a dreamer, a mystic, an aesthete.

Finger Positioning in the Palm.

A - evenly positioned fingers - a positive personality with well-developed common sense; a person who progresses easily through life.

B - uneven positioning - life resembles a struggle, with victories and losses, and a constant inner restlessness.

A low-set index finger - a shy, insecure person who inwardly feels superior to the people around them.

A low-set ring finger - a person who suffers failures in their career choice and is compelled to do work that does not match their talent and abilities.

A low-set little finger - nothing comes easily, and in order to achieve success in life, this person must constantly struggle hard and with great difficulty.

Zones of the Palm.

Each zone of the palm is notionally responsible for a particular sphere of a person's life. By studying these zones - which of them is more pronounced, which has particular signs, scars, veining, irregularities, etc. - one can reflect on what is truly happening in that person's life journey and what is worth paying attention to.

A - Inner active zone. Relates to close, intimate bonds of friendship and sexuality.

B - Outer active zone. Reveals relationships with society and connection with the external surrounding world in general.

C - Inner passive zone. Relates to the subconscious.

D - Outer passive zone. Energy and creative potential.
