Belly dancing

Belly dancing

Find time to get away from your daily routine, rush, computer and turn to exercising! For some its exercising in the gym, for others - jogging in the nearest park, but maybe - dancing. Dance as a physical activity, also as a developer of posture, balance and movements, as well as the creator of bodily freedom, relaxation, inner and outer peace.

Belly dancinghas become very popular in Latvia over the last decade. Many women have chosen them to keep themselves and their body in shape. It is liked especially by those who are tired of monotonous moves in the gym.  Belly dancing is not a partner dance. It is one more aspect for a woman of any age, any profession, married or unmarried (everybody knows how inert men are on dancing), despite her body proportions, could freely surrender to the dance, develop her body.

Dance teacher Dana acknowledges that belly dancing together with the development of proper abdomen and lumbar muscles helps loosen one`s femininity. This is especially important in today's harsh and emancipated world where a lot of women have leading positions, take care of the well-being of their families, do hard physical work, etc... A woman should be feminine while being angry, happy or sad. Don`t try to solve problems using men techniques but keep a woman`s cunning, intuition and ingenuity.
