Strawberry daikiri

Shortly after Ligo night holidays, so tummy didn’t forget, how it was spoiled, my friend welcomed me in her house on cocktail evening. In attention focus was strawberry daikiri. Day, in weather prognoses tidings, was not very good – cloudy and even was delicate rain. So we drank cold daikiri and thought, that there wasn’t anything better in hot summer evening. So, hot days and evenings are here. Let’s shake some strawberry daikiri!

We need:

• Frozen strawberries

• TheLight rum "Bacardi"

• lime juice (may be, may not)

• strawberry syrup (can also be a sugar)

• Melissa (style and a matter of taste)

• Ice (optional)

• fresh strawberry (decoration)

• blender and martini glasses with straws in cheerful shades.

Amount in grams and liters I don’t indicate. The best is to to be guided by your inner feeling and to count on, for every housekeeper, gave natural intuition. Of course, need to guide from friend and before it drank cocktail sum. :)

Making:

Strawberries need to little bit to defrost. With blender, mix strawberries, lime juice, strawberry syrup. Add tablespoon granulated Melissa leaves, granulated ice, rum and every whip. Cocktail pours in martini glasses, decors with fresh strawberry and Melissa leaves.
