An Autumnal Dessert "Little Apple"

If on some evening you feel a craving for something sweet, I have an idea. I figured out how to make a dessert with as few unnecessary calories as possible. The ingredients and preparation are wonderfully simple.

You will need:
• 4 large Antonovka apples;
• a handful of cranberries (I used some left in the freezer from last year);
• a handful of raspberries;
• honey (better than sugar);
• cinnamon for decoration (optional - a matter of taste).

Cut the tops off the apples and scoop out the core, fill with berries and drizzle with a spoonful of honey. Then place in a dish with a little water poured in and pop into the oven for 30 minutes. Once the apple barrels are ready, they can be sprinkled with cinnamon or flaked almonds.
