Homemade Flowers - a Valentine's Day Gift

As promised, here is another idea for Valentine's Day. This time - flowers that are simple to make, will never wilt, and are sweet to taste. In my opinion, a very universal gift for anyone we want to give love, warmth and joy on this day.

As promised, here is another idea for Valentine's Day. This time - flowers that are simple to make, will never wilt, and are sweet to taste. In my opinion, a very universal gift for anyone we want to give love, warmth and joy on this day.

To make the flowers you will need:
• pink and red thick paper;
• flower shape templates;
• gold and silver felt-tip pens;
• scissors;
• awl;
• 5 lollipops or other hard sweets with a plastic stick.

Making steps.

Step 1.
Using the printed template, cut out 2 flower shapes from the red paper and 3 flower shapes from the pink.

Step 2.
Outline the petal edges with gold and silver felt-tip pens. On each flower we can also write a special wish or simply affectionate words for each recipient. For example, "a flower for my flower", "bloomed just for you", "sweet and dear", etc.

Step 3.
Pierce the centre of each flower with the awl and push a lollipop with its plastic stick through the middle. The flowers are ready.
