A "Serious" Partnership Proposal II - Confidentiality

Following up on the article posted on 14 May at http://www.iinuu.lv/?id=292, the TV3 Sales Manager - that is, the author of the "serious" partnership proposal - approached the iinuu website administrator with a request to remove it from the web, as it contained confidential information. I will now attempt to explain what confidential information actually is and how it is normally handled.

Let us begin with a definition: Confidential information is information which is not publicly available and the disclosure of which may harm the legitimate rights and interests of the person concerned.

So what could be confidential in the author's email?
1) The attached file with statistics on TV3 portal's unique users. - Since in the article the TV3 Sales Manager's letter was posted as a screenshot, readers of the iinuu website do not have access to this information.
2) Contact information (email address, telephone and fax number). - The esteemed Sales Manager had sent the email as an official contact person on behalf of the TV3 portal, and her contact information is publicly available to any internet user at - http://www.tv3.lv/kontakti

A couple more rhetorical questions - if the sender considers the information confidential, why was it not sent to a specific addressee?

Can a media representative truly not bring herself to write at least one email in proper Latvian (š in Latvian grammar is not represented by sh, and long vowels are not written with double letters ee, aa, ii)? Deviation from language norms, in my view, is permissible only in informal correspondence between friends or acquaintances - that is, communication where both parties find this format acceptable.
