I - a Molecule, You - a Molecule, We - a System…

A person in society - part of a structure, which fits into even smaller structural formations - family, work collective, circle of friends, drinking companions, and the like. Moreover, every system has patterns that each individual follows without question in order to be "one of us". Any non-compliance with the system is a protest against something within that system.

A person in society - part of a structure, which fits into even smaller structural formations - family, work collective, circle of friends, drinking companions, and the like. Moreover, every system has patterns that each individual follows without question in order to be "one of us". Any non-compliance with the system is a protest against something within that system.

You are different again! Everyone else is like everyone else, but you always have to do it your own way! How disobedient! And so, listening to this, doubts even begin to arise - whether you are suited to this work collective, these relationships, this company. Or is this system suited to me? Perhaps it is time to look for another system?

Any falling out of a system creates a threat to the others, and they immediately respond with dissatisfaction.

But what is the driving force behind every system's development? Not to be the best, the most correct, the most perfect - but to be different. That is one of the fundamental signs of leadership emphasised in various sources. It means not only being part of a system, but being its creator. Is every person capable of such a thing? Must every person be such?
