Character According to Birth Number and Day
Increasingly popular today are teachings on determining a person's character and talents from their birth number, day, month, time, and so on. This is especially discussed now in the context of work and business - how to better understand colleagues, hire the right employee, get along with a boss's character, choose successful business partners.
Increasingly popular today are teachings on determining a person's character and talents from their birth number, day, month, time, and so on. This is especially discussed now in the context of work and business - how to better understand colleagues, hire the right employee, get along with a boss's character, choose successful business partners.

Last week, at the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a seminar was held where business consultant Andris Urbāns talked about how he works with numbers, a person's biorhythms, and the psychology of life stages - to help entrepreneurs build cohesive teams, choose suitable business partners, and help people learn more about themselves.
Although the seminar was planned for two hours, we overran by almost another hour, as there was a great deal to note down, and not everything in such a short seminar was easy to absorb. The lecturer began by talking about birth months, birth dates, and days of the week, then about intervals between birth dates and compatibility among personnel. That last topic would require a separate lecture - many attendees, with Andris's permission, began photographing slides, as they could no longer concentrate for a third hour in a row.
But here, for an overview, are a few points from this lecture about birth number and birth day. Based on the birth number, one of nine human psychotypes is determined. We add together all the digits of the birth date, month, and year to arrive at a single digit. Example: 8 April 1977 - 1+9+7+7+8+4=36=3+6=9
If the birth number is 1, the person is energetic, active, and impulsive. The principle - act now, think tomorrow. Often says things without thinking, then regrets it.
Number 2 - passive, inert, talented, loves beautiful things. A typical example: a woman wanted to buy a blue dress, went to the shop, saw a pink one, liked it, bought the pink one instead of the blue one she had decided on beforehand.
Number 3 - chaotic, communicative, a born coordinator. Has charisma, can talk anyone into anything. Tends to scatter belongings and create disorder around them.
Number 4 - fundamental, lives within frameworks and finds it hard to step outside them. Likes to control everything. Believes their own opinion is the only correct one.
Number 5 - depressive, subdued, a teacher who enjoys instructing others. Hidden aggression. Can smile while feeling inward hatred.
Number 6 - a leader, ambitious, always somewhat dissatisfied with something, constantly grumbling about something. Should be spoken to briefly and concisely.
Number 7 - impulsive, energetic, finds it hard to sit still, creative. Tends to draw those around them into conflict situations. Nature like lightning - flashes and vanishes.
Number 8 - power-hungry, stressed, quick-tempered and strict. Desires to gain the upper hand over others.
Number 9 - withdrawn, melancholic, subjective, intellectual. Difficult to explain something to. Absorbs information best in written form. Concentrates on what a conversation partner is saying only when there is direct eye contact. Without it, they usually let things go in one ear and out the other, as they have drifted off into their own thoughts.
In the combination of birth date, month, and year, the even and odd numbers should also be observed. If even numbers dominate, the person tends towards passivity. Moreover, if all are odd, the person may be excessively energetic and active. If even and odd numbers are balanced, the person also tends towards harmony and balance in life. The lecturer also noted that for personnel selection specialists, birth numbers are good material for study, as they allow a person's character to be assessed from the outset.
Character According to the Day of the Week on Which a Person Was Born
Sunday - a hero, a leader (not a manager). The other person is of little importance to them. If you want to ingratiate yourself with a Sunday person, that is your affair - they will not be empathetic or accommodating.
Monday - a poet, a philosopher. A person who analyses information. Difficult to get moving, but if you succeed, they can achieve great things.
Tuesday - a soldier, a cardinal. Remarkable capacity for work, can accomplish a great deal. Risk of burnout, tendency towards alcoholism or workaholism or sex addiction.
Wednesday - an administrator, a coordinator. Excellent ability to negotiate, organise, communicate, and sell.
Thursday - a manager, an organiser. Finds it difficult to work under someone else's authority; will always compete with the external manager.
Friday - a person of personality. Good at business activity and economics. Position: I know I am talented - so what?!
Saturday - an atheist or a believer. Characterised by fixation; may encounter an insurmountable psychological wall in life; tendency towards various addictions.
It should be said that this kind of information should not be taken in isolation from other information about a person - their time of birth, name, parents, life experience, upbringing, and so on. But it is yet another way to get to know oneself and the people around you.
